CQI Senior Registry Data Analyst

Hubert Raszewski is excited to join MSSIC as a CQI Senior Registry Data Analyst, continuing his 12-year career with Henry Ford Health. He brings a unique perspective to healthcare analytics, combining frontline clinical experience, operational insight, and a strong interest in innovation.

Hubert began his career as a Computed Tomography Technologist after graduating from Wayne State University, where he gained a deep appreciation for the patient experience and the challenges faced by clinical teams. He later earned a Master of Science in Health Informatics and Information Management from Davenport University, which helped guide his transition into healthcare operations and analytics.

Most recently, Hubert served as a 340B Business Operations Pharmacy Analyst, working with complex claims review processes to support efficiency and regulatory compliance. He also contributed to the onboarding of the AI platform Latent Health, providing practical feedback to help align emerging technology with real healthcare workflows.

He is especially passionate about bridging clinical experience, data, operations, and technology to improve healthcare delivery. Outside of work, Hubert enjoys following developments in technology, AI, finance, and urban development, particularly in the Detroit area. Born in the United States and raised in Poland, he remains closely connected to his Polish heritage.

While living in Szczecin, Poland, he attended music school where he received vocal lessons and played the accordion for five years. Today, he continues to celebrate his heritage through Polish folk dance. Through a Polish dance group here in Michigan, Hubert met his wife, Felicia and in 2023, they both had the opportunity to perform on the big stage at the Rzeszów World Festival of Polish Folk Dance.
